Extreme Time Off (ETO)

At US Alliance Group, Inc. (USAG) we offer our employees up to three paid days of extreme time off. ETO is available for all employees at USAG to use this time given for community assistance and supplying aid where needed. Employees have the guaranteed flexibility to choose where they serve their ETO whether it is a local church, organization, non-profit business, or other community awareness event.

Marriage Time Off (MTO)

At US Alliance Group, Inc. (USAG) we stand in strong support of relationships and marriage. USAG honors these special covenants by offering five paid days of marriage time off (MTO) for each employee. This exclusive offer can be used toward employees who are planning a honeymoon following their wedding day, as well as one paid day off each wedding anniversary.
