Meet the founder and CEO of US Alliance Group, Fadi Cheikha!

Fadi was raised in Lebanon and finished college with two degrees: Business Management and Economics. At the age of 20, he left Lebanon for the United States to seek new opportunities.

Fadi has been in the payment processing industry for more than 30 years and continues to deliver multiple solutions to all possible merchants. He strives to provide family feel services with efficient products to better one merchant at a time.

Our Story

In September 1997, Electronic Cash Systems (ECS), was formed by CEO Fadi Cheikha and wife Kim with the mission of providing ATM, credit and debit card, check, and ACH processing to businesses. In being so diverse, ECS is able to accommodate any payment need for any size company. Today, ECS continues to focus on industry changes to provide their customers with the most seamless and cost-effective payment solutions. ECS maintains thousands of merchant relationships throughout the U.S. and has long-standing relationships with the very best manufacturers, processors, and network members.

In March 2007, US Alliance Group was born as a parent company to ECS, API, and PPI. Offering cutting-edge payment processing solutions for merchants accepting credit card, debit card, mobile, and online payments.

In April 2021, ECS branched out to Boise, Idaho. The office focuses on serving locals with the utmost priority and personable relationships as well as payment solutions. ECS prides itself on the ability to provide countless payment options for the community to ensure any business type or size can utilize their solutions. ECS offers a variety of payment products and solutions like credit and debit, ATMs, virtual terminals, cash advance, remote deposit capture, and more!

USAG has successfully contracted with SecurityMetrics, the largest QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) in the US, to provide PCI Compliance and Certification. We are held to the highest standards regarding the capture, security, and protection of any cardholder information, including account number, and all personal information. USAG is also a member and Approved Service Provider on the PCI Security Standards Council. We offer the benefit of full access to PCI Compliance services to all our customers. Our certification AOC (Attestation of Completion) is listed on the global registry.
