Underwriter

The primary focus of the Underwriter is to review, analyze, make confident decisions, and recommendations for merchant applications. Analytical thought and attention to detail are imperative as is strong communication with related departments. Underwriters work closely with our Sales Support team to provide a seamless customer experience while ensuring appropriate risk assessment and controls.

Technical Support/Customer Service Representative

The Technical Support Customer Service Representative works in our Operations Department to provide exemplary support to our merchants. The Support Representative performs a wide variety of merchant support functions including troubleshooting and resolving technical related issues via phone and email, training merchants to understand and effectively operate equipment, and adhering to scheduled deployment timeframes.

Data Entry Specialist/Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator works in our Operations Department. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of merchant applications and maintenance of merchant profiles across all company platforms. Accuracy is of the utmost importance in this position due to the huge financial implications and impact on merchant confidence when errors are made. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative works in our Operations Department to provide detailed support to our merchants. The Customer Service Representative performs a wide variety of merchant support functions including resolving product and service-related issues, assisting in account reconciliation, and facilitating the merchant dispute, cancellation, and account changes process. The Customer Service Representative also ensures that our merchant conversations and resolutions are properly documented in our database.

Dispute & Documentation Analyst

The Dispute & Documentation Analyst works in our Operations Department to facilitate the merchant dispute, cancellation, and account changes process while providing exemplary support to our merchants. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company related documentation for merchant accounts across all company platforms. The Dispute & Documentation Analyst acts as a support to the Merchant Services Department who responds to all merchant related inquiries via email and phone as well as assisting with account reconciliation.
