With much sorrow, we regret to share the heartbreaking news of the sudden and unexpected passing of our cherished colleague and friend, Ryan McQuown.

Ryan’s untimely departure has left a profound void in the hearts of my family and the entire USAG team, with whom he shared his dedication and expertise for an incredible 23 years. To us, Ryan was not just our Chief Technology Officer; he was a confidant and true friend.

Behind his tough exterior was a giant heart. Ryan was, in many ways, larger than life. He had a captivating personality, a contagious laugh, and a generous spirit; he was always building relationships and would offer a helping hand or the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

As we come to terms with the shocking loss of our dear friend and trusted colleague, we find comfort in the indelible impact Ryan has left on our lives. He will be profoundly missed.
